Marriage may still not be on the cards for Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, but she has already become a part of the Pataudi household. The actress has been shoulder-to-shoulder with Saif while he had been tackling the stress of the release of his first home production Love Aaj Kal.
However, during the film’s premiere in Delhi, Kareena deliberately chose to keep away from the event because she did not want the attention to be diverted from Saif and the film’s heroine Deepika Padukone. There has already been enough talk about Kareena not being in Saif’s first home production and she certainly didn’t want the blabber to start all over again.
After the film’s premiere on Thursday, while Imtiaz Ali returned to Mumbai and Deepika flew back to London to shoot House Full, Saif and Kareena remained in Delhi and spent the day with his parents.
Kareena gets along very well with Saif’s parents. Just a few weeks back Sharmila Tagore , Saif’s mom, had stated in an interview that she’s fond of Kareena and would love to see Saif married to her.
However, reports say that during the time Kareena spent with Saif’s parents, the ‘wedding’ question was conveniently kept out of the talks because Kareena has already made it clear that she wants to stay single for a few more years.
Saif would have to wait!
