It’s not easy to get Saif Ali Khan on board for a film. Don’t believe it? But that’s the truth.
As per a daily, Saif has finally signed a film after rejecting a dozen or so offers. The actor who turned producer last year was rejecting scripts ever since the release of Love Aaj Kal. So, is he acting pricey?
Well, that’s not the reason for the actor who has given some matured performances in films like Omkara and ‘Love Aaj Kal’. But it did take a lot of persuasion before he signed the next film of his old ally Kunal Kohli, who gave Saif his first solo hit with Hum Tum. Saif seems to be in no mood to sign other films as he is concentrating more on his spy thriller Agent Vinod, which he will produce from his own banner.
As a friend of the actor tells a daily, Saif has certainly entered the best phase of his acting career. He will turn 40 this year and should be doing “maximum” number of films between 40 and 45.
That’s a piece of good news for Saif’s fans.
